At Nonna’s Gourmet Catering, we’ve always believed that the right opportunities tend to find you when you stay committed to your craft and passionate about what you do. As a growing Poconos catering company, the last quarter of 2025 proved exactly that.

To say it was a busy season would be an understatement. We experienced one of our most active and rewarding periods yet, providing catering services throughout the Poconos for a wide range of events—from intimate gatherings to larger celebrations. Each event reinforced our mission: delivering high-quality food and memorable experiences for every guest.

At the same time, we were preparing for a major milestone in our personal lives.

We welcomed our baby boy, Logan.

That moment shifted everything. While continuing to serve our clients across the Poconos event and wedding catering scene, we also took time to focus on family, health, and finding balance during such an important chapter. It was a season of growth—both professionally and personally.

Then, another opportunity presented itself—one that aligned perfectly with our long-term vision.

We were approached about taking on a leadership role at a local Poconos golf course and country club, helping develop and manage both the dining program and event operations. This wasn’t just another catering opportunity—it was a chance to expand into a full-service hospitality experience, including golf course weddings, private events, and à la carte dining.

With so much happening, we took the time to evaluate carefully. Now, with our family settled and ready, we are excited to officially step into this new role.

We are proud to announce that we will be leading the dining and event programs at a Poconos country club, bringing our culinary experience and hospitality-driven approach into a full-scale venue setting. This expansion allows us to offer more than just catering—we’re now creating complete event experiences, including Poconos weddings, golf course receptions, and private dining events.

Each of us has stepped into roles that reflect our strengths—from culinary leadership to event coordination—ensuring every detail is handled with care. Our goal is to create a seamless experience where guests can enjoy exceptional food, beautiful surroundings, and personalized service.

This opportunity represents more than growth—it’s a natural evolution of everything we’ve built with Nonna’s. From catering kitchens to a full-service Poconos event venue experience, we are bringing the same passion, attention to detail, and family-driven values into a larger space.
